STEELINE seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all fundamental human resource operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires a proactive leadership approach to cultivate a disciplined and productive workplace culture. The HR Manager will drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, ensure effective communication, and uphold company HR policies. Managing a small HR team of one person, the candidate will also support training and development efforts and oversee payroll and benefits administration. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of five years of relevant HR experience and a bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Professional HR certification is advantageous. The HR Manager must demonstrate a strong understanding of labor legislation, recruitment techniques, performance appraisal processes, and payroll systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR management software, including attendance tracking tools, is essential.
