HR Generalist

As an HR Generalist at AUK Group Ahsan ul Kalam, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a productive and positive work environment. You will coordinate employee onboarding, handle employee relations, and support training initiatives to enhance workforce skills and engagement. Your expertise in conflict resolution and performance management will contribute to maintaining high levels of employee satisfaction and operational efficiency. Managing HRIS and payroll systems will require attention to detail and confidentiality. Responsibilities
 

• Lead and manage a small HR team to support overall HR functions effectively.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified talent.
• Administer performance management processes including reviews and feedback sessions.
• Oversee payroll processing and related administration using payroll software like ADP, Paychex, or QuickBooks Payroll.
• Manage and update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate employee data.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Monitor time and attendance records and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate payroll.
• Address and resolve employee conflicts and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies to minimize risk.
• Support management in workforce planning and change management initiatives.
• Maintain records and reports related to HR metrics, recruitment, and employee engagement.
• Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, benefits, and procedures to enhance workplace understanding.
