About the Role:

The Admin Manager will provide comprehensive administrative oversight for plant operations, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and core values. This role includes the direct supervision of general and contractual workers, as well as the management of essential administrative functions such as canteen services and housekeeping to maintain an efficient and compliant work environment.


Responsibilities:

Oversee the accurate tracking, reporting, and management of employee attendance records and the daily operations of the time office, including gate security and parcel handling, to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
Manage housekeeping services to maintain high hygiene standards throughout the manufacturing facility and coordinate building repair and maintenance activities to ensure a safe and functional work environment.
Manage canteen services to provide quality food while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Supervise factory cash transactions, including petty cash management, and manage the daily sale of scrap and leftovers, ensuring proper waste disposal.
Coordinate official travel arrangements (including international) for factory management and engineers, ensuring appropriate hospitality and protocol. Organize and manage yearly company activities, such as awards and charity events.
Manage the full employee lifecycle for general staff category and contractual workers, including overseeing performance management systems, leading recruitment and onboarding processes (new hires and replacements), managing transfers/rotations, extending offers, developing and implementing orientation and training programs to enhance behavioral and technical competencies, and designing employee development plans while providing guidance to relevant subordinates.
Serve as the primary point of contact for industrial relations matters, proactively engaging with employee representatives to negotiate solutions, address grievances through a structured process, facilitate counseling, and ensure adherence to the employee disciplinary action process for all workers
Administer employee benefits payments in accordance with company policy, manage the annual increment and promotion processes for workers based on performance, oversee the maintenance of employee records for all staff categories, ensure compliance with internal audit requirements and relevant legal matters (including EOBI, SESSI, and hygiene regulations), and manage both voluntary and involuntary termination processes for workers.

 


What makes you the perfect candidate?

Qualifications: Business Administration or Industrial Relations
Experience: At least 10-12 years of relevant experience
Certified Labor Relations Professional (CLRP) or certifications in Labor, Industrial Relations, Hygiene, HSE
