Inventory Supervisor

We are looking for an Inventory Supervisor to join our Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing inventory, stock accuracy, and warehouse coordination.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimum stock levels are maintained for efficient operations.
• Coordinate the accurate and timely picking, packing, and shipment of orders.
• Damage/expiry stock management end to end, timely incineration and offloading from system after management approval.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure efficient operation of all warehouse activities.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receipts in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all warehouse staff.
• Continually assess and improve warehouse operations, implementing best practices and new technologies as appropriate.
• Operating ERP, IT systems and timely provide data to management.
• Maintaining statistical and financial records, such as pick list, GP, ITR, IT, manual GP data etc.
• Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Diploma/Intermediate, preferred to Supply Chain professional (with similar work background on FMCG)
• Min. 3-4 years of experience in a similar industry.
