QME Corporation—the company behind Sumo, Mandarin Kitchen, and Café Brie—is looking for an experienced male/ female Guest Relation Officer for Sumo Karachi

What You'll Do

✅ Welcome and engage guests professionally, ensuring a warm, personalized, and seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.

✅ Manage high-volume and demanding reservations efficiently to optimize table utilization without compromising the guest experience.

✅ Monitor guest experience standards through regular floor observations, documenting service gaps and coordinating timely corrective actions with the relevant teams.

What We're Looking For

✅ Bachelor's degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience in hospitality, customer service, or a premium service environment.
✅ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest-handling skills, with a confident and pleasant personality.
✅ Strong computer proficiency, restaurant reservation/POS systems, and other relevant software used for guest and operational management.

✅ 60,000 – 75,000 monthly salary with 3 months performance-based review.
