International Customer Support Executive – UAE Campaign

Nexify International is hiring confident and motivated International Customer Support Executives to join our team for a UAE-based customer support and calling campaign.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls for the UAE market.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.
• Follow the assigned calling process and achieve targets.
• Maintain professional customer relationships.

Requirements

• Previous calling or customer support experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good command of English and Urdu.
• Confident, professional and target-oriented personality.
• UAE market/campaign experience will be an advantage.

Job Details

• Salary: PKR 30000 to 50000 + allowance
• Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Weekly Off: Sunday
• Job Type: Full-time
