Position: Customer Support Executive
Experience: Experienced candidates preferred
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Salary: Based on experience, skills & interview performance

Requirements:

• Experience in Customer Support, Sales or Chat Support
• Good English communication skills
• Strong customer-handling skills
• Must know how to upsell and cross-sell
• Target-oriented and confident
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable services
• Good problem-solving and communication skills

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
