Graphic Designer

KIDCO is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate plays a key role in developing visually compelling designs for product packaging, catalogs, marketing materials, and digital content while maintaining strict brand consistency across all platforms. This position requires proficiency in industry-standard design software and a keen eye for detail to produce high-quality print and digital outputs. The Graphic Designer collaborates closely with marketing and production teams to develop branding assets and promotional campaigns. The role demands strong skills in preparing print-ready artwork and an understanding of color theory, layout, and typography. While this role does not involve managing a team, it requires excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate with various stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Responsibilities
 

• Design product packaging including boxes, labels, and dielines with precise accuracy to meet production specifications.
• Create brochures, catalogs, flyers, and other print collateral that effectively convey the brand message.
• Develop visually engaging digital content such as social media posts, banners, and promotional campaign materials.
• Maintain and develop branding materials that uphold consistent brand identity and marketing strategies.
• Prepare artwork for print production by applying CMYK color settings, bleed, crop marks, and prepress standards.
• Edit and retouch product images to enhance visual appeal for both print and digital media.
• Develop product mockups and presentation materials to support marketing and sales initiatives.
• Ensure consistency in typography, layout, color scheme, and other design elements across all projects.
• Collaborate and coordinate with printers and production teams to guarantee high-quality final products.
• Stay updated on current design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into new product launches and marketing campaigns.
