Role Overview:

The Motion & AI Visual Artist is responsible for creating high-quality 2D and 3D visual content for promotional and marketing campaigns. The role combines motion design, 3D artistry, and Generative AI to develop engaging, hyper-realistic, and premium visual assets while exploring innovative AI-driven production workflows.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, model, and animate high-fidelity 2D and 3D compositions for promotional and marketing campaigns.
• Develop engaging visual storytelling for healthcare and pharmaceutical communications in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Leverage Generative AI video and image tools to prototype, enhance, and generate hyper-realistic, broadcast-quality visual assets.
• Model and render hyper-realistic 3D assets using Cinema 4D and Blender, integrating traditional compositing with AI-generated enhancements.
• Experiment with emerging AI models and production pipelines to combine traditional motion graphics with generative video outputs.
• Build and organize a library of 3D assets, textures, AI prompts, and creative concepts.
• Transform design references and hand-drawn sketches into polished, production-ready compositions while maintaining high standards of accuracy, aesthetics, and productivity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Sciences or a relevant field from HEC recognized university.
• 3–5 years of experience in motion design, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality 2D/3D animation and exceptional Generative AI video outputs.
• Proficiency in Cinema 4D, Blender, and Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools such as LTX Studio, Google Flow, Veo, Kling, Higgsfield, Runway, Pika, Sora, Stable Video Diffusion, Midjourney, and ComfyUI.
• Experience with ZBrush, Maya, Unreal Engine, or Houdini will be an added advantage.
• Strong visual sense with an understanding of composition, framing, and pacing.
• Expertise in photorealistic texturing and lighting for product visualization and stylized digital assets.
• Strong curiosity and passion for Generative AI, emerging technologies, and prompt engineering.
• Ability to deliver highly optimized creative assets while maintaining high standards and meeting tight deadlines.
