RAAHI is a premium Pakistani streetwear brand inspired by the journeys, landscapes, and culture of Pakistan. We are building more than a clothing brand—we are creating a globally recognized fashion house driven by timeless design, exceptional craftsmanship, and authentic storytelling.

As we prepare to launch our debut collection, we are looking for an exceptionally creative Fashion Designer to join our team and help shape the future of RAAHI.
 

About the Role

This is an opportunity to become one of the founding creative minds behind an ambitious fashion brand.

You will work closely with the Founder & CEO and Creative Director to conceptualize and design original collections that reflect RAAHI's identity while pushing the boundaries of contemporary streetwear.

We're looking for someone who doesn't simply follow trends—but creates them.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Design original streetwear collections including t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, outerwear, and accessories.
• Develop innovative graphics, silhouettes, prints, embroidery, patchwork, and garment concepts.
• Conduct fashion, cultural, and market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Create mood boards, color palettes, concept presentations, and seasonal design directions.
• Prepare detailed technical sketches and production-ready tech packs.
• Work closely with production partners throughout the sampling and development process.
• Source fabrics, trims, embellishments, and materials aligned with RAAHI's premium positioning.
• Refine designs based on fittings, feedback, and production feasibility.
• Contribute fresh creative ideas for future collections, campaigns, and collaborations.
   

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in fashion or apparel design (fresh graduates with exceptional portfolios are also encouraged to apply).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating originality, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Excellent knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, washes, printing techniques, embroidery, and trims.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of premium streetwear and global fashion trends.
• Ability to translate creative concepts into commercially viable products.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points

• Experience designing premium or luxury streetwear.
• Experience with technical garment development and sampling.
• Strong illustration skills.
• Knowledge of Pakistani textiles, craftsmanship, and culture.
• Passion for storytelling through fashion.
