Google AdWords (PPC) & Social Media Ads Specialist

We are seeking a talented and versatile Digital Marketing Executive (PPC Specialist) to join our creative team in Karachi. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven marketing professional who is passionate about performance marketing and delivering measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Paid Social, Mobile, and Display networks
• Write engaging and high-converting advert copy
• Proofread and optimize ad content
• Suggest creative improvements for advert templates
• Optimize ad copy, landing pages, and audience targeting to maximize conversions
• Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to improve campaign performance
• Monitor and adjust bids to optimize Cost-Per-Acquisition (CPA)
• Analyze PPC performance data and provide actionable insights
• Stay updated with the latest PPC trends and platform updates
• Collaborate with content writers and graphic designers on ad creatives
• Manage performance marketing tools (Google Ads, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
• Prepare and present monthly PPC performance reports
• Align PPC strategies with overall marketing goals
• Manage PPC campaigns across all four businesses within Dean’s Group
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the industries and competitors

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in PPC and performance marketing
• Minimum 3 years’ proven success with Social Media Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Demonstrated history of achieving strong ROI
• Strong experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and related tools
• Expertise in managing CPA campaigns
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
