Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs115,000.00 per month

Job description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Global Customer Support Consultant at ibex's location in Karachi Division. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience. Day-to-day tasks will include handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing prompt and professional service.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
• Minimum O Levels or equivalent education
