Full job description

ibex Pakistan is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented professionals to join our Global Customer Support team. In this role, you will assist international customers through voice and chat channels, ensuring exceptional service while maintaining professionalism and delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via voice calls and live chat.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and basic technical or service-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Record and update customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Meet individual and team performance, quality, and productivity goals.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant departments when required.
• Deliver a seamless and professional customer experience during every interaction.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: Matric/O Levels or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills are essential.
• An American or neutral English accent is preferred.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid CNIC.
• Must be willing to work rotational evening and night shifts.

Working Hours

• Rotational shifts are scheduled between 4:00 PM and 11:00 AM.
• Each shift consists of 9 working hours, including break time.
• Shift schedules are assigned by the company based on operational requirements.
• Employees are required to work late-night shifts as part of the rotation.
