[justify]We are seeking a talented Generative AI Content & YouTube Advertising Specialist to lead our visual content creation and manage the placement of AI-generated assets into YouTube advertising campaigns. You will independently create high-quality AI-powered photos and videos, mentor and develop graphic designers into AI content specialists, distribute all team-generated content across social media channels, and handle the setup and placement of this content within Google Ads for YouTube.[/justify]
[justify]This role combines creative leadership with hands-on advertising execution. Experience as an Instagram/TikTok video creator or filmmaker who uses AI tools will be highly valued.[/justify]
[justify]Key Responsibilities[/justify]
 

• Independently ideate, prompt, generate, edit, and deliver scroll-stopping AI-generated photos and videos that align with brand voice and campaign objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage two graphic designers, training them to become proficient AI content specialists through hands-on workshops, prompt engineering sessions, and collaborative workflows.
• Own end-to-end content distribution: route all AI-generated assets (your own + the team’s) to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social channels with optimized captions, hashtags, and posting schedules.
• Set up and place AI-generated video and image content into Google Ads (YouTube) campaigns, including creating ad groups, uploading assets, setting targeting parameters, budgets, and bidding strategies.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a steady supply of fresh AI content is ready for YouTube advertising campaigns.
• Stay current with the latest generative AI tools for image and video creation and implement efficient workflows that accelerate content production.
• Work closely with the broader team to align content strategy with overall marketing goals.
  
   

What Success Looks Like in 90 Days


-You are independently producing 8–12 high-quality AI photo/video assets per week.
-Both graphic designers are actively using AI tools and contributing original content.
-All team-generated AI content is consistently distributed across social channels.
-YouTube ad campaigns are live in Google Ads with properly uploaded assets, targeting, and budgets set.
-Clear workflows are established for moving AI content from creation to social posting and YouTube ad placement.

[justify]Required Qualifications[/justify]
 

• 4+ years of experience in digital content creation and marketing, with at least 2 years heavily focused on generative AI tools for photos and videos.
• Demonstrated ability to independently create and publish original video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube) that performs well organically.
• Hands-on experience setting up and managing YouTube advertising campaigns in Google Ads.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience guiding junior designers or creatives.
• Advanced proficiency in prompting LLMs (Claude, Gemini, or similar) and generative AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Luma, Pika, Adobe Firefly, etc.).
• Proficiency with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, etc.).

• Background as an Instagram or TikTok influencer / content creator who produces their own videos and has integrated AI into their workflow.
• Experience as a filmmaker or video producer transitioning into AI content generation.
• A strong portfolio showcasing AI-generated photo and video work.
