Fundraising Executive

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fundraising Executive role based in the Karachi Division. The Fundraising Executive will plan, coordinate, and implement fundraising campaigns and events to support Together’s social impact initiatives. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential donors, preparing proposals and presentations, and maintaining strong relationships with existing funders, corporate partners, and philanthropic organizations. The role involves researching new funding opportunities, tracking fundraising performance, and ensuring accurate reporting and documentation for all fundraising activities. The Fundraising Executive will collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising efforts with program priorities and to communicate impact through compelling stories and data.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fundraising, business development, or donor relations, preferably within the social sector or nonprofit environment.
• Strong skills in proposal writing, presentation development, and professional correspondence with donors and partners.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including non-profits, corporate partners, foundations, and individual donors.
• Competence in planning and executing fundraising events, campaigns, and outreach initiatives, both in-person and through digital channels.
• Solid research, data gathering, and reporting abilities to identify funding opportunities and track fundraising performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a professional setting, with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple fundraising activities and deadlines.
• Comfort working on-site in Karachi Division and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a mission-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field; relevant certifications in fundraising or nonprofit management are a plus.
• Demonstrated commitment to social impact, community development, and ethical fundraising practices.
