Role Overview:

As a Business Development Representative, you will engage directly with technical decision-makers — CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Product Leaders — to uncover operational bottlenecks and position our AI solutions as the answer. This is not a script-reading role. It’s for curious, driven professionals ready to fast-track their career in AI sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Pipeline Generation: Identify and qualify high-potential B2B accounts across target industries.
• Technical Outreach: Execute tailored outbound via email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and personalized video.
• Consultative Discovery: Run discovery calls to map prospect tech stacks and data infrastructure to our AI solutions.
• Rapid Learning Curve: Stay current on AI/ML trends, LLMs, and competitive landscapes to handle technical objections.
• Goal Achievement: Meet/exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified meetings and pipeline.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years B2B sales, business development, or tech recruitment experience.
• SaaS/software sales preferred Strong curiosity for AI/ML concepts and ability to learn technical products quickly.
• Resilient, self-motivated mindset with a “solve the no” attitude
• Exceptional communication skills — simplify complex tech into clear business value.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, or similar tools.
