About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Functional Consultant – Oracle ERP to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle ERP solutions. The role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand business requirements, streamline processes, and ensure effective system implementation.

What We Are Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP/Fusion.
• Hands-on experience in the implementation and functional support of:

1. Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)

2. Manufacturing

3. Inventory Management

4. Order Management

• Strong understanding of business processes and their alignment with ERP solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Oracle Fusion certification will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional ERP solutions.
• Support the implementation, configuration, testing, and optimization of Oracle ERP modules.
• Work with business users to identify process gaps and recommend system-based solutions.
• Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution, integrations, and system enhancements.
• Prepare functional documentation, test scenarios, and user support materials.
• Provide post-implementation support and assist users in resolving functional issues.
• Ensure ERP processes are aligned with business requirements and organizational objectives.
