Full job description

Experience:

• 04 - 06 years of experience as an IT Functional Consultant or similar role.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.

Job Description:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for IT systems.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Configure and customize enterprise applications (ERP or business systems) based on requirements.
• Coordinate with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders during system implementation and testing.
• Provide end-user support, training, and post-implementation assistance.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Karachi Clifton: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
