Responsibilities:

  • A Front Office Manager (FOM) and Assistant Front Office Manager (AFOM) oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences by managing staff, handling check-ins/outs, resolving complaints, coordinating with other departments (like Housekeeping), and maintaining service standards, with the AFOM supporting the FOM in leadership, training, administrative tasks, and daily operations to achieve hotel goals. Key duties involve team supervision, strategic planning, problem-solving, performance monitoring, and ensuring adherence to hotel policies and guest satisfaction.
