A well-established food restaurant is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee and lead all financial operations across multiple branches. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, ensuring tax compliance, handling vendor relations, coordinating payroll, and leading the finance team. This role demands a hands-on approach to maintain accuracy in financial controls and compliance with regulatory requirements, while supporting the growth and efficiency of the finance function within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the monthly financial closing process and prepare detailed financial reports that provide insights into the company’s performance. Manage all aspects of tax compliance, including filings related to the Sales and Revenue Board (SRB), Withholding Tax (WHT), and Income Tax. Oversee daily cash flow management and vendor payments, implementing robust financial controls to safeguard company assets. Review and reconcile bank statements, Foodpanda transactions, and credit card statements to ensure accuracy. Collaborate closely with the HR Manager to jointly approve monthly payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments. Coordinate with vendors and assist in managing legal agreements when necessary. Lead, train, and develop the finance team to build their capabilities and improve overall performance. Conduct sample audits of branch cash handling and cashier procedures to verify compliance with internal policies. Maintain and regularly update business process documentation to reflect current practices and support operational consistency.
Required Qualifications
A Master’s degree or professional certification such as ACA, ACMA, or CMA is preferred. Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Finance or Accounting Management, with at least 3 years managing financial operations across multiple branches or entities. Strong knowledge of Pakistan tax laws, including SRB, FBR, WHT, and Income Tax, is essential. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, QuickBooks, and Lightwave accounting software is required to efficiently manage financial data and reporting. Excellent analytical skills, leadership qualities, and effective communication abilities are necessary to manage teams and interact with various stakeholders successfully.

The salary range for this position is Rs. 200,000 to Rs. 220,000 per month.
