About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Associate to support day-to-day financial operations and ensure accuracy across accounting, treasury, and reporting processes. This role requires someone who can manage financial records, coordinate payments, and support audits while maintaining strong financial discipline and compliance.

What You'll Own

Accounting & Financial Reporting

 

• Record and maintain financial transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Post journal entries and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare financial reports and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  
  
   

Accounts Payable & Reconciliations

 

• Oversee vendor payment processing and ensure proper documentation.
• Manage monthly payout processing including GL entries and reconciliations.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
  
  
   

Treasury Management

 

• Support daily treasury operations and monitor cash flow.
• Coordinate with internal teams to forecast monthly fund requirements.
• Liaise with banks for fund transfers and treasury transactions.
  
  
   

Audit & Compliance

 

• Coordinate with external auditors and provide required documentation.
• Prepare year-end financial schedules and supporting records.
• Address audit queries and ensure timely resolution of observations.
  
  
   

Who You Are

 

• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience using accounting tools such as QuickBooks or similar systems.
• Strong attention to detail with good analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
