Financial Management Associate Program

The Financial Management Associate Program is designed to develop the next generation of finance leaders. Successful candidates will support core financial operations, planning, analysis, and risk-related initiatives, while rotating across finance functions to gain exposure to diverse projects and learn directly from experienced leaders.

This program offers structured learning, mentorship, and a clear path to long-term roles within Group Finance and Risk.

Location: Karachi and Lahore

Role:

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support financial modeling and performance reporting.
• Prepare insights and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Contribute to risk-related analysis and financial operations.
• Collaborate across teams within Finance and Risk.
• Participate in structured rotations and development programs.

Requirements:

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, or CPA are a plus.

Experience

• Fresh graduates or early-career professionals (0–3 years).
• Exposure to financial operations, analysis, or related internships/projects is desirable.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
