Sprout Technologies is seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team and drive the sales of our new B2B software product targeting businesses across Karachi. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, requiring excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate is comfortable reaching prospects through multiple channels such as phone, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person visits. As this position does not involve team management, the focus is on individual contribution and effective pipeline management. In this role, the sales executive will identify potential business clients, build and nurture a strong sales pipeline, and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations. The position demands a proactive and organized approach to following up on leads, negotiating contract terms, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities. Candidates should have 2 years of sales or business development experience, be target-driven, and ready to travel within Karachi to meet clients. Previous experience selling software or technology solutions is considered an advantage.
