Zs Den is seeking a dynamic Business Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is a fluent English speaker with a minimum of one year of experience in the automobile industry. This role involves managing a team of 10 persons and driving sales initiatives that build strong customer relationships and expand our business footprint. The Business Sales Executive will play a vital role in achieving sales targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting the overall growth strategy of Zs Den. The successful candidate uses excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients and promote our products effectively. With a strong focus on customer relationship management, this position demands a proactive approach to identify market opportunities, respond to customer needs, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process. Leading a team requires effective leadership capabilities to motivate, guide, and develop team members to maximize their performance and contribution.
Responsibilities
 

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals and targets.
  • Manage and lead a team of 10 sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Utilize customer relationship management tools to track leads, sales activities, and client interactions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns and sales materials that drive customer engagement.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients to promote products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients in alignment with company policies.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and availability.
  • Train and mentor sales team members to develop their skills and achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements in all sales activities.
