We are seeking a Digital Marketing and Social Media Associate who will be responsible for managing our clients’ social media presence, executing digital ad campaigns, and engaging with online communities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent English proficiency, and the ability to produce insightful reports.
This is a remote role, but candidates must be fully equipped to work professionally from home. You are responsible for your Internet and Computer set-up.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management & Community Engagement
- Manage and post content on clients’ social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
- Engage with audiences in community groups, Facebook groups, and through social media commenting.
- Communicate with vendors and external partners as needed, maintaining a professional and collaborative approach.
Digital Advertising & Performance
- Set up, manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
- Track ad performance, analyze key metrics, and produce clear, data-driven reports.
- Utilize Excel functions for data calculations and performance analysis.
Reporting & Documentation
- Create detailed reports in Microsoft Word and Excel, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Follow instructions carefully and handle marketing-related administrative tasks as needed.
Language & Communication
- Communicate fluently in English, both in writing and on the phone, with excellent grammar and professionalism.

Required QualificationsExperience
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Proven track record of managing professional social media accounts and running digital ad campaigns.
- Experience engaging with online communities and vendors.
Technical & Operational Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including functions for calculations and data analysis).
- Strong skills in creating reports and documentation in Microsoft Word.
- Familiarity with posting in Facebook groups and creating social media ads.
Language & Communication
- Fluent English (written and spoken) with excellent grammar and professional communication skills.
