Dental Clinic Manager

We are looking for a capable Clinic Manager to join Dr. Wajeeha Rehman & Associates on a full-time, on-site basis in Phase 8, Karachi. The ideal candidate is preferably a dentist who has stepped away from clinical practice and is eager to transition into a management role. This position requires a tech-savvy individual living near Defence to efficiently manage the daily operations of the dental clinic. The Clinic Manager will ensure smooth patient flow, maintain high standards of customer service, and support the overall success of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling appointments and managing patient flow to optimize efficiency.
- Lead and supervise clinic staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage administrative tasks such as document handling and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal clinic policies to maintain quality standards.
- Assist in budgeting and financial management to enhance operational efficiency.
- Promote excellent customer service and support the delivery of quality patient care.
- Utilize dental or healthcare management software to streamline clinic processes and improve workflow.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges through effective problem-solving and decision-making.

Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including expertise in scheduling and financial record management.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities to motivate and guide staff effectively.
- Proficiency in dental or healthcare management software along with basic computer applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for professional interaction with patients, staff, and vendors.
- Sound problem-solving and decision-making skills to manage clinic operations efficiently.

- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 90,000.
