CoreTECH is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
 

  • Engage with customers through various communication channels to provide consistent and effective support.
  • Manage and maintain customer relationships by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve product and service issues promptly to maintain high quality assurance standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of company products and services to inform and assist customers accurately.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for service improvement, contributing to the enhancement of customer experience.
  • Efficiently convert leads into completed purchases by guiding potential customers through the sales process with clarity and patience.
  • Ensure punctual responses and follow-ups to customer queries to uphold service excellence timelines.
  • Collaborate with other departments to relay customer feedback and assist in resolving complex issues.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the companys CRM system.
  • Implement time management strategies to handle multiple inquiries effectively while maintaining service quality.
