YKK Pakistan Pvt Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Officer to join our team. Responsibilities
 

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints by clarifying issues, researching problems, and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to address and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Manage time effectively to handle multiple customer requests and follow up on outstanding issues.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering consistent, high-quality service.
  • Update customer account information and process customer orders or returns as needed.
  • Contribute to creating and improving customer support procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Communicate any recurring customer concerns and feedback to management to inform improvements.
