Iwaveeetech is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative with strong sales abilities and excellent English communication skills to join our dynamic security services team. This role focuses on assisting business clients across the USA by providing tailored security solutions such as on-site security guards, CCTV installations, and continuous monitoring services. The ideal candidate is confident, goal-oriented, and ready to engage with business owners and decision-makers through on-site calling, effectively presenting our range of security products and services. This position requires managing a small team of three, fostering collaboration and ensuring high performance in meeting sales and service goals. In this capacity, you will make outbound calls from our office or on-site locations, understanding client needs and recommending appropriate security measures. You will skillfully handle objections, close sales agreements, and maintain growing client relationships by following up to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities
 

  • Make outbound calls to business owners and key decision-makers to present security service offerings clearly and persuasively.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend customized solutions that effectively address their security needs.
  • Handle objections professionally and employ strong negotiation techniques to close sales successfully.
  • Manage and mentor a team of three customer service representatives, ensuring team objectives are met and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Track all calls and interactions thoroughly, maintaining accurate records and following up to ensure exceptional client service.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing insights gained from client interactions and team experiences.
  • Maintain up-to-date product and service knowledge to provide accurate information and confidently address client inquiries.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to improve sales techniques, communication skills, and product expertise.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all client interactions and sales activities.
