Karachi Tutors Academy is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at RJ Mall, Karachi. This role involves providing excellent support to students and customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed with professionalism and empathy. The ideal candidate is confident in communication, punctual, and has a basic background in tutoring or teaching, enabling them to understand and meet the needs of our learners effectively. As part of your role, you will lead and manage a team of 10 individuals, fostering a positive team environment and ensuring that service standards are consistently met. In this position, you will work from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM, engaging directly with clients to resolve issues, provide information, and support educational activities. The role offers a competitive salary range and requires a candidate who is reliable, responsible, and passionate about helping others. Your ability to maintain strong customer relationships and handle diverse situations calmly will be key to your success in contributing to the academys mission of delivering quality educational services.
Responsibilities
 

  • Lead and manage a team of 10 customer service professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals and maintain high service quality.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and effectively to inquiries, comments, and concerns from students and customers.
  • Use strong communication skills to explain policies, procedures, and educational program details clearly and professionally.
  • Apply basic tutoring experience to better understand student needs and provide tailored assistance where necessary.
  • Maintain punctuality and reliability to uphold the operational schedule and meet customer expectations consistently.
  • Manage scheduling and coordinate team activities to ensure adequate coverage during working hours and efficient handling of customer requests.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction through feedback collection and analysis, implementing changes to enhance service delivery.
  • Handle conflict resolution with professionalism, ensuring positive outcomes in challenging situations involving students or customers.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records to support follow-up actions and organizational reporting.
  • Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to enhance individual performance and overall team effectiveness.
