About the Role

Blue Karrots is looking for energetic and experienced Lead Generation Agents / Fronters to join our growing call centre team. You will be working on an automated dialer, making 600–800 outbound calls per day to customers across the United States. Your job is to pitch our product, ask qualifying questions, and transfer interested leads to our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to US-based customers via an automated dialer
• Deliver a confident and engaging product pitch
• Ask qualifying questions to identify interested prospects
• Transfer qualified leads to the sales team
• Maintain call quality and meet daily targets

Requirements

• Experienced call centre agent (mandatory)
• Experience in Final Expense campaigns is a strong advantage
• Good English communication skills (spoken)
• Must be comfortable working night shifts
• Immediate joiners preferred

Additional Requirements for WFH Applicants:

• Windows 10 or above laptop/PC (good condition)
• Good quality headset
• Stable internet connection with a backup

Job Type: Full-Time Shift: Night Shift — 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Pakistan Time) Location: On-site (WFO) / Remote (WFH)
