Cold Calling Agent

Job Description:

As a CSR, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting our services, closing sales, and maintaining excellent customer relations. Full training will be provided to help you succeed and grow within our organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and providing outstanding service to our customers

Shift Timing:

6:30 PM to 5:00 AM (Full Time – Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
• Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed
• Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policie

Requirements:

• Basic to fluent English communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive abilities
• Availability for full-time night shift (6 PM to 4 AM)
• Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
