Responsibilities
 

• Make high-volume outbound calls to real estate agencies and individual agents using a provided US phone number via phone or laptop app.
• Introduce the companys free website demo clearly and professionally to potential clients.
• Collect accurate email addresses of interested agencies and agents for follow-up communication.
• Maintain a polite, confident, and resilient approach when engaging with prospects, handling objections and rejection professionally.
• Use scripted sales calling techniques to ensure consistency and effectiveness during calls.
• Effectively utilize lead management tools and customer relationship management systems to update contact information and call status accurately.
• Optimize cold calling scripts based on feedback and call experiences to improve engagement rates.
• Manage calling schedules adhering strictly to the availability window of 8:3010:00 AM EST.
• Ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet environment to maintain call quality and professionalism.
• Collaborate with the Brandwings team by providing insights and updates about client responses and potential lead opportunities.
