Answer calls professionally and dial follow up

  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide customers with product & service information via call and chat
  • Process complains and new orders
  • Coordination with concerned department in cases, customer query needs to solve on priority basis.
  • Follow up the complains and reporting of loop closing to line manager.
  • Must be follow instructions and any other task assigned by line manager.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
