Position: Call Center Executive — Client Support Role (No Sales Targets)

A Client Support Associate is responsible for assisting clients with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role involves communicating with clients through various channels, providing product or service information, and ensuring that client concerns are handled efficiently and professionally.

• Handle inbound and outbound client calls in a professional manner
