Job Overview

The Client Services Representative (CSR) is responsible for delivering high-quality client support across calls, cases, and proactive outreach initiatives. This role serves as the primary point of contact for client interactions including welcome calls, inbound and missed calls, delinquent account outreach, and special operational projects. The CSR is expected to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally in English, while demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities within defined service standards. Reporting directly to the Team Lead, the CSR collaborates closely with the SME for operational guidance and the Team Coach for performance development.

Job Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for calls, follow-ups, and account outreach
  • Manage and resolve assigned cases with timely, professional communication
  • Maintain accurate documentation, case tracking, and proper classification
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, adapting tone to client needs
  • Meet SLAs, KPIs, QA standards, and maintain strong CSAT performance
  • Apply critical thinking to identify issues and provide effective solutions
  • Escalate complex or out-of-scope cases appropriately to SMEs
  • Contribute to operational initiatives, campaigns, and retention efforts
  • Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining performance standards
  • Actively participate in coaching, apply feedback, and demonstrate continuous improvement

Job Specifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in client service/support with strong English communication (verbal & written)
  • Proven ability to multitask efficiently in a structured, fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and case ownership skills
  • Accountability for meeting SLAs, KPIs, and delivering effective resolutions
  • High adaptability to changing priorities and evolving projects
  • Commitment to accurate documentation and process compliance
