Custom Design Sports Apparel is seeking dedicated Call Center Agents to join our customer service team. This role demands the ability to handle multiple communication channels effectively, including phone calls, emails, and live chat, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally. Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on active listening to understand customer needs accurately. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is essential to keep track of customer interactions and provide personalized service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in a call center or customer service environment and possess an educational background of O/A' Level or higher, with preference given to those holding intermediate or graduate qualifications. The position requires working night shifts, and candidates must be prepared to manage workloads efficiently in a fast-paced setting without supervising a team. Responsibilities
 

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across multiple communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Use active listening skills to understand and clarify customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Follow established call handling procedures to meet quality and performance standards.
  • Provide information about products and services offered by Custom Design Sports Apparel, helping customers make informed purchase decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently by identifying issues and offering appropriate solutions or escalating when necessary.
  • Adhere to shift schedules, including night shifts, maintaining consistent availability and punctuality.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate communication with customers.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on customer concerns or process inefficiencies.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy at all times to create a positive customer experience.
