Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Agent located in Karachi. The Call Center Agent will manage inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner. The role involves maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, recording detailed customer interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure quality service. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
