The Business Intelligence & Business Development Executive acts as an internal business consultant responsible for understanding, evaluating, and improving the organization's business operations. The role requires active participation in internal management meetings, operational discussions, and client meetings to gain a comprehensive understanding of business processes, client expectations, operational challenges, and organizational objectives.

By observing day-to-day operations, analyzing workflows, gathering business intelligence, and identifying operational gaps, the Executive provides practical recommendations to senior management that improve efficiency, service quality, client satisfaction, and business performance.
