Keach Technologies is looking for an experienced Brand Specialist to develop, manage, and scale our in-house brands. This role is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of agency experience who understands how to grow brands through strategic positioning, social media engagement, community building, PR outreach, and email marketing.

You will take full ownership of brand voice and identity, strengthen brand visibility, and drive consistent audience growth across digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement brand strategies for in-house brands
• Define, maintain, and evolve brand identity, messaging, tone, and positioning
• Plan, create, schedule, and manage social media content
• Build and nurture engaged online communities across platforms
• Execute engagement campaigns to increase reach, visibility, and follower growth
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions
• Build and grow email subscriber lists
• Plan and execute email newsletters for promotions, product launches, and campaigns
• Conduct PR outreach to blogs, publications, influencers, and media outlets
• Manage online reputation, including reviews, mentions, and brand sentiment
• Collaborate with design, content, and internal teams to support brand growth
• Track performance metrics and optimize brand initiatives based on insights

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of brand-building experience, with required agency background
• Proven success growing brands through organic marketing channels
• Strong knowledge of social media strategy, community engagement, and PR
• Hands-on experience with email marketing and list building
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives while ensuring brand consistency

Nice to Have

• Experience with eCommerce, animation, or marketing service brands
• Familiarity with PR tools, GoHighLevel, and similar platforms
• Experience leading brand launches or rebranding initiatives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
