We are hiring a Brand Activation & Partnerships Executive for PayOn to drive on-ground growth, restaurant partnerships, and brand promotions.

This role is ideal for someone energetic and confident who can handle field activations, client outreach, and influencer collaborations to expand our presence in the HoReCa market.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-ground activations at restaurants and partner locations

• Execute field activations to promote PayOn services

• Reach out to restaurants via calls and in-person visits

• Onboard new restaurant partners and manage relationships

• Plan and execute brand promotion activities

• Collaborate with influencers for marketing campaigns

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution

• Follow up with leads and ensure conversions

Requirements (Essential)

• Strong communication skills (English + Urdu)

• Confidence in field work and client interaction

• Ability to handle on-ground and field activations

• Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and partnerships

• Energetic, target-driven, and proactive attitude

Nice to Have

• Experience in sales, marketing, or field operations

• Experience working with restaurants or local businesses

• Knowledge of influencer marketing and social media
