Easypaisa Digital Bank is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bank Officer to join its dynamic team. This role requires a professional with strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills who can effectively engage potential customers to promote secured and unsecured lending products. As a Bank Officer, you will play a vital part in customer outreach, loan processing, compliance adherence, and portfolio management to ensure the bank's objectives are met while maintaining high standards of ethical conduct. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant experience and a commitment to supporting the bank's mission of delivering exceptional financial services. In this role, the Bank Officer does not manage a team but works closely with line managers and other stakeholders to foster growth and manage risks. Responsibilities include conducting financial analyses, preparing loan applications within approval limits, and actively monitoring loan repayments through various digital channels. The candidate will also ensure compliance with State Bank of Pakistan regulations and internal policies, promote ethical sales practices, and support customers in adopting digital wallet solutions. This position is essential for maintaining a responsible lending portfolio and enhancing Easypaisa Digital Bank's presence in the market.
Responsibilities
 

  • Identify and engage prospective customers for secured and unsecured lending products, adhering strictly to State Bank of Pakistan prudential regulations and Easypaisas internal policies.
  • Conduct targeted customer outreach and marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and generate qualified loan applications.
  • Assist customers in understanding loan product offerings, eligibility requirements, and repayment terms to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Build and maintain referral networks and propose alternative channels for product distribution and cross-selling of financial services.
  • Perform thorough financial assessments to evaluate customer creditworthiness and prepare complete loan applications for timely approval within prescribed limits.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze competitor loan products and market trends, providing actionable feedback for product improvement to management.
  • Manage the loan portfolio by tracking repayment schedules, implementing effective collection strategies, and ensuring loan utilization aligns with agreed terms.
  • Utilize the Transactional Automated Collection system to log and monitor collection progress efficiently.
  • Maintain active and ongoing communication with customers through Easypaisa wallet platforms to encourage responsible loan use and punctual repayments.
  • Address delinquent accounts promptly, coordinating with managers to recover overdue payments and minimize default ratios.
  • Issue notices to defaulters and assist in formal auction procedures when necessary to recover outstanding loans.
  • Leverage Easypaisas digital collection channels to enhance non-cash payment processes and improve collection efficiency.
  • Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal lending policies, upholding strict ethical standards in all sales and recovery activities.
  • Promote a culture of risk awareness and compliance by following the banks behavioral and ethical guidelines consistently.
  • Educate customers on the use of mobile wallet accounts and help onboard them smoothly onto the Easypaisa digital platform.
