The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 2 to 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. They must demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation abilities and possess proficiency in utilizing CRM software to enhance sales processes and customer engagement. Although this position does not involve managing a team, it requires strong leadership qualities that contribute to collaborative efforts and operational success. The Assistant Manager, Sales, operates closely with various departments to support business goals, optimize sales strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role demands an individual who is self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of maintaining a high level of professionalism while working in a competitive environment.
