Khurram Property Zone Pvt. Limited is seeking a proactive and dedicated Assistant Manager, Sales, to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on driving sales growth by managing customer relationships, generating leads, and converting prospects into loyal clients. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 2 to 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. They must demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation abilities and possess proficiency in utilizing CRM software to enhance sales processes and customer engagement. Although this position does not involve managing a team, it requires strong leadership qualities that contribute to collaborative efforts and operational success. The Assistant Manager, Sales, operates closely with various departments to support business goals, optimize sales strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role demands an individual who is self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of maintaining a high level of professionalism while working in a competitive environment.
Responsibilities
 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Utilize CRM software effectively to manage customer data, track interactions, and streamline the sales process.
  • Identify potential leads through various channels and develop strategies to generate new business opportunities.
  • Actively follow up on leads and prospects to convert them into customers and achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals in alignment with company policies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to advise on new sales approaches and opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular reports on performance metrics for management review.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by suggesting innovations that improve customer satisfaction and sales effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and legal regulations throughout the sales cycle.
