Accountant

Trade Fly is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accountant with at least one year of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes and demonstrate excellent organizational skills. This role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records to support the company's financial health and compliance. Candidates from North Karachi are preferred, reflecting our commitment to local employment and community integration. The Accountant will work independently without team management responsibilities but will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
 

• Manage and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain general ledger entries and reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness of transactions.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on delayed payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding billing issues, payments, and account adjustments.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts to support business planning.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, company policies, and reporting requirements.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Maintain organized financial records and reports to facilitate easy retrieval and review.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
