What You’ll Do

• Engage with U.S. homeowners through inbound and outbound calls to identify qualified solar opportunities.
• Build rapport with prospective customers and educate them on the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy.
• Conduct effective qualification calls by assessing customer interest, eligibility, and project potential.
• Schedule high-quality consultations for Solar Consultants while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage timely follow-ups with prospects.
• Consistently achieve and exceed appointment targets, individual KPIs, quality standards, and performance goals.
• What You Bring
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong relationship-building and customer engagement abilities.
• Experience in Sales, BPO, Call Center, Telemarketing, or Lead Generation is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Electrical Engineering is a plus).
• Self-driven, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Strong work ethic with exceptional ownership and accountability.
• Highly coachable with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to evolving sales strategies.
• Resilient, goal-oriented mindset with strong objection-handling and problem-solving skills.
