HR & Social Media Executive

About us: Impleko is an AI automation agency building voice agents, CRM systems, and full-stack applications for service businesses across the US. We work fast, ship real products, and the team is small enough that everyone's work is visible.

The role: This is a hybrid position covering people operations and brand presence. You will help us hire and take care of the team, and you will run our social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X. We will train you on the tools, the processes, and the brand voice. What we cannot train is creativity, initiative, and the ability to communicate clearly, so that is what we are screening for.

What you'll do

HR side:

• Source and screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
• Run onboarding for new team members and keep employee records organized
• Support attendance, leave tracking, and internal policy documentation
• Help plan team activities and keep the culture healthy

Social media side:

• Plan and maintain a content calendar across our brand channels
• Write posts, captions, and short-form scripts in the company voice
• Coordinate with our design and dev teams to turn client work into content
• Track engagement and report on what is working

What we're looking for

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, content, or social media. Some exposure to either side is enough, we will build the rest
• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Excellent written and spoken English. You will be writing content that US audiences read
• A creative eye. Send us something you have made, even if it was for a university society or a personal page
• Organized and reliable with follow-ups. A lot of this job is not dropping the ball
• Comfortable learning new tools quickly. We use AI tools heavily and expect you to as well

Schedule and location

• 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, aligned with our US client hours
• 4 days on-site in Karachi, 1 day work from home
• Timings are open to discussion for the right candidate

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
