Social Media Manager

Job Summary

Surmawala is hiring an experienced Social Media Manager (Female) to plan, create, manage, and optimise content across different social media platforms. The candidate should be creative, data-driven, and capable of improving audience engagement and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars.
• Create engaging campaign ideas for products, promotions, and events.
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Write captions, promotional content, and campaign briefs.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and video editors.
• Plan and monitor paid social media campaigns.
• Respond to comments and messages professionally.
• Track engagement, reach, leads, and campaign performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Stay updated with social media trends and platform changes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in social media management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of content planning and audience engagement.
• Experience with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and paid campaigns.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and creative-thinking skills.
