Role Description The Google Business Profile Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gulshan Town. The individual in this role will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and maintaining Google Business Profiles for Cloudbourne Limited and its clients, including managing business information, photos, posts, and service descriptions. Daily tasks include monitoring reviews, responding to customer feedback, ensuring accurate location and contact details, and tracking performance metrics such as views, clicks, and calls. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to align profile content with broader marketing strategies, identifying opportunities to improve local search visibility, and staying up to date with Google Business Profile best practices and policy changes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Google Business Profiles or similar local listing platforms, including optimization for search visibility and engagement.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, local search optimization, and online reputation management.
• Strong written communication skills for crafting accurate, clear, and engaging business descriptions, posts, and review responses.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain consistent, up-to-date information across multiple profiles.
• Ability to analyze profile performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Comfort working on-site in Gulshan Town and collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace or similar platforms).
• Previous experience in customer service, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
