Performance & SEO Growth Architect

HR Ways in Karachi is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive growth through a hybrid of SEO and paid media. You will own architecture, crawl optimization, and technical SEO while managing substantial performance budgets to maximize ROAS.

You will work closely with engineering and marketing to diagnose JS crawling issues, optimize site structure, and implement data-driven campaigns across Google Ads and Paid Social.

Qualifications

• Strong technical SEO and performance marketing expertise.
• Experience auditing JavaScript-heavy sites and SRR issues.
• Proven track record of scaling ROAS across channels.
• Hands-on with analytics platforms and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical SEO and site architecture optimization.
• Manage cross‑channel paid campaigns for CPA/ROAS targets.
• Collaborate with engineering to fix crawls and rendering issues.
• Build real‑time dashboards to monitor blended CAC and LTV.
