About the Role

Utopia Brands is looking for a driven Associate / Lead – E-commerce Digital Operations to manage and optimize our presence across online marketplaces — from listings and content to inventory, pricing, and fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage product listings, including bulk uploads, pricing, and promotions across marketplace platforms
• Optimize product content and titles using on-page SEO best practices
• Reconcile inventory regularly to prevent stockouts, overselling, or discrepancies
• Oversee order processing and fulfillment, resolving day-to-day operational issues
• Analyze sales and performance data in Excel to identify trends and improvement areas
• Coordinate with marketing, warehouse, and customer service teams for smooth operations
• Support digital marketing / PPC campaigns where applicable
• Utilize ERP/OMS/PIM systems and marketplace integrations to streamline workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with relevant hands-on e-commerce / marketplace operations experience
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Strong MS Excel and data analysis skills
• Experience with Amazon, Walmart, or other international marketplaces is a strong advantage
• Digital marketing / PPC experience is a plus
• Familiarity with ERP/OMS/PIM tools or marketplace integrations is a plus

Evening shift: (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM),

Location: Shara-e-Faisal, Karachi office. (Onsite)
